Godrej Finance Limited issued a public demand notice under the SARFAESI Act calling upon borrowers Avmb Futuretech Pvt Ltd, Ankit Verma, and Seema Verma to repay outstanding dues of ₹3,58,13,140 within sixty days, failing which the institution will proceed against the mortgaged property located at Sainik Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi.
