Description: The Recovery Officer-I/II, Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT-2), Hyderabad, has issued a demand notice in Recovery Certificate No. RC/239/2024 dated 11 June 2026 in the matter of Union Bank of India versus Ms Usha Ispat and Others. The notice directs the certificate debtors to pay the outstanding recoverable amount of ₹3,15,16,171.05 along with pendente lite and future interest at 12% simple interest per annum from 11 June 2020 until realization, costs of ₹2,60,000, after adjustment of ₹27,00,000 already recovered. The debtors have been instructed to clear the dues within 15 days of receipt of the notice, file an affidavit disclosing their assets, and appear before the Recovery Officer on 6 August 2026 at 10:30 AM. Failure to comply may result in recovery proceedings under the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993.
