Description: Office of the Recovery Officer-III, Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT-2), Delhi has issued a Demand Notice in RC/203/2022 in the matter of Axis Bank vs Vineet Kumar & M/s Three Platinum Softech Pvt. Ltd. As per the Recovery Certificate issued in OA/74/2017, an amount of ₹62,26,681.62 along with pendente lite and future interest @ 9% per annum (simple interest) from 04.01.2017 till realization, and costs of ₹44,000, is recoverable from the defendants.
