Office of the Recovery Officer-II, Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT-2), Delhi has issued a Demand Notice in RC/625/2022 in the case of Axis Bank vs Shikha Kumar & Jaipuria Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. Pursuant to the Recovery Certificate issued in OA/209/2016, a sum of ₹38,20,835 along with pendente lite and future interest @ 9% per annum (simple interest) from 06.05.2016 until realization, and costs of ₹41,000, has become due and payable. The notice requires the certificate debtors to clear the outstanding amount within 15 days of receipt of the notice, failing which recovery action shall proceed as per the provisions of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993. The parties have also been directed to disclose their assets through an affidavit and appear before the Recovery Officer on 06.08.2026 at 10:30 AM for further proceedings. State Location: Delhi
