Namdev Finvest Ltd. has issued a formal legal notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 to borrowers Mrs. Mamta Kushwaha, Mr. Om Narayan Kushwaha, and Mr. Anand Kumar. The notice demands the repayment of an outstanding loan balance totaling Rs. 24,13,772/- after the account was classified as a Non-Performing Asset (NPA). Failure to clear the dues within 60 days will lead to the enforcement of security interests and the public auction of the secured land property located in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
