Shivalik Small Finance Bank Limited has issued a formal demand notice to borrowers Mrs. Soni and Mr. Santosh, alongside guarantor Mr. Raj Kumar, following the classification of their loan accounts as NPA on 26-06-2026. The financial institution has initiated strict recovery action against the secured asset, consisting of a 38.4 Sq. Mtrs. residential plot at Khasra No. 19 in Village Chhapraula, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The defaulting parties are legally directed to clear the total outstanding demand amount of Rs. 6,70,000 within a strict 60-day period from the notice date of 06-07-2026 to prevent the bank from executing its statutory rights under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 to take physical possession and sell the mortgaged property.
