Punjab National Bank has issued a joint public demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 to three defaulting borrowers under its Sadabad (Hathras) and M G Road (Agra) branches. The notice targets M/s Maa Kaila Devi Enterprises (due: ₹25,53,739.48), Bhoomi Telecom (due: ₹30,36,971.75), and Shri Sagar Jain (due: ₹9,36,427.74). The borrowers and guarantors must discharge their full liabilities plus ongoing interest within 60 days, or the bank will initiate physical possession of the mortgaged properties.
