Wonder Home Finance Ltd. has issued a public demand notice under Section 13(2) to five defaulting loan accounts with non-performing assets (NPA) across Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. Borrowers including Smt. Sapna, Smt. Kamlesh, Sh. Kanwar Pal Singh, Sh. Satish Kumar, and Sh. Anurag Chauhan must clear their respective outstanding dues within 60 days. Failure to settle the balances will result in the physical seizure and public auction of their mortgaged residential properties.
