The institution is demanding the immediate clearance of an outstanding financial liability totaling over ₹5.03 Crores plus uncharged interest. The bank has identified four distinct residential flats within Delta Tower at Sector-8(P) in Ulwe as the secured collateral properties under this recovery notice.
