The notice demands outstanding dues of ₹1,04,42,470.22 from borrower M/s Lakshmi Durga Industries and its partners. The mortgaged asset includes an open plot and a 2,271 sq. ft. multi-story residential house at Vivekananda Nagar Colony, Kukatpally. The obligors must clear the full balance within 60 days to prevent asset seizure and legal enforcement actions.
