Truhome Finance Limited has issued a public demand notice under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 following loan defaults. The notice demands outstanding dues of ₹13,40,016 and ₹13,16,986 under two loan accounts from borrower Mukthumsab J Agasimani and co-borrower Shakirabanu Khadarabasha Bagavan. The mortgaged asset is a 1,000 sq. ft. land and building property (Plot No. 30) located at Hosur Oni, Petha, Nargund. The borrowers are instructed to clear all dues within 60 days to prevent asset foreclosure.
