Total outstanding dues exceed ₹2.4 Crores across properties located in Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Rangareddy, Siddipet, and Medchal-Malkajgiri districts. Notable claims include ₹86,65,746 from Mrs. S Sindhura and co-borrowers for a flat in Serilingampally, and ₹63,96,363 from Mr. Manchala Shiva Prasad for an asset in Patancheru. All listed obligors are commanded to settle their respective dues within 60 days to prevent asset foreclosure.
