Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited has issued a public demand notice under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 to three defaulting borrower groups. The first notice demands ₹14,07,978 from Mr. Gorisipati Ashok and co-borrowers for a property in Gudur, Nellore. The second demands ₹30,25,556 from Mr. Bhupathiraju Pavankumarvarma and co-borrowers for a flat in Bhimavaram, West Godavari. The third demands ₹27,02,536 from Mr. Siva Krishna Sunkara and co-borrower for a property in Guntur. All obligors must clear their respective balances within 60 days to prevent asset seizure.
