Canara Bank, Regional Office 2, Agra has issued a statutory demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 to borrower Vali Akhtar and guarantor Mohammad Nadeem from the Tilak Nagar, Firozabad branch. The bank requires the payment of an outstanding sum of Rs. 2,79,684.78 plus ongoing interest and expenses following the classification of the loan account as a Non-Performing Asset (NPA). The bank will exercise its legal rights to take possession of the mortgaged residential property located at Municipal No. 119, Mohalla Hazipura, Firozabad if the total dues are not cleared within 60 days from the publication date.
