Canara Bank, Ammanabrolu Branch has issued a demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 to borrowers Thota Chaitanya, Thota Venkateswarlu, and guarantors Thota Aswini, Beeragandham Venkateswarlu. The account was classified as NPA on 29.06.2026 following a default on an education loan of Rs. 6,00,000. The bank has initiated legal recovery against a secured residential property (RCC building, 508 Sq. Ft.) at Survey No. 214/202 in Ammanabrolu Village, Prakasam. The defaulting parties are directed to clear the total outstanding debt of Rs. 3,10,365 within 60 days from the notice date of 03.07.2026.
