The Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Delhi, has issued a public notice in TA No. 259/2022 titled Axis Bank vs. Gaurav Vasudev & Others regarding recovery proceedings for an amount of ₹36,32,068. As ordinary service of notice could not be effected upon the defendants, the Tribunal has directed service through publication. The defendants, namely Gaurav Vasudev, JNC Construction Pvt. Ltd., and Manish Sharma, are required to appear before the Learned Registrar of DRT Delhi on 18 September 2026. The notice states that if the defendants fail to appear on the scheduled date, the matter may be heard and decided in their absence.
