Tapan Bandyopadhyay, son of Late Aditya Bandyopadhyay, residing at C-39, Dr. Sukumar Sen Sarani, Sector-2(A), Bidhannagar, Durgapur, District Paschim Bardhaman – 713212, has declared through an affidavit dated 23.06.2026 sworn before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Durgapur Sub-Divisional Court, that the correct date of birth of his wife, Malabika Bandyopadhyay, is 28.10.1959. Her date of birth was incorrectly recorded as 30.10.1959 in the Pension Payment Order and other documents of Damodar Valley Corporation. Henceforth, her actual and correct date of birth shall be recognized as 28.10.1959.
