Mr. Mohammed Yousuf Ali Khan, son of Late Nawaz Khan and resident of Rajampet, Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh, has officially changed the spelling of his surname and name to Mohammad Yousuf Ali Khan. Henceforth, he shall be known by the revised name for all purposes.
