Mohammad Ubaidullah has corrected his parents’ names from Basharat Sultan Teli to Basharat Sultan (Father) and Nighat to Nighat Aarifa (Mother). Henceforth, his parents will be known as Basharat Sultan and Nighat Aarifa. Objections, if any, may be submitted to the Passport Office, Srinagar within 7 days of publication of this notice.
