It is hereby informed that Tahira Khatun, wife of Mohammad Nazim, resident of E-137, New Ashok Nagar, East Delhi, has changed her name to Tahira Khatoon. An affidavit regarding the name change was duly executed before a Notary, Delhi, on 29/06/2026. Henceforth, she shall be known by the name Tahira Khatoon.
