Sk. Azizul Islam, son of Sk. Atiar Rahaman, resident of Angadighila, P.O. Bandipur, P.S. Khardah (Rahara), North 24 Parganas, Kolkata – 700119, has declared through Affidavit No. 16275 dated 30.06.2026 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Alipore Court, that he shall henceforth be known as Sk. Ajijul Islam. Both names refer to the same and one identical person.
