Shaik Abdulla, S/o Manusur, aged about 60 years, residing at H.No. 1-2-270/87/4/3/2, Krishna Nagar Colony, Suryapet, Suryapet District, Telangana – 508213, has declared that his name was wrongly recorded as SHAIK ABDULLA in certain records. Henceforth, he shall be known as SK ABDUL for all purposes.
