Sail Kumari, mother of Havildar Pradeep Kumar Tiwari, resident of Buxar, Bihar, has officially changed her name to Shail Kumari Devi and corrected her date of birth from 01 July 1965 to 01 January 1965 through an affidavit dated 08 July 2026.
