Roshan Kumar Jha, S/o Vinay Jha, R/o 1468/13, 2nd Floor, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, South Delhi-110019, has declared that he has changed his name to Roshan Kumar. He shall hereafter be known by the name Roshan Kumar for all future purposes and official documentation.
