Reddy Sasikala, resident of Narayana Gunta, Rayachoti Street, Adoni, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh, has officially changed her name from Reddy Sasikala to Reddy Shashikala. Henceforth, she shall be known by the new name for all future purposes.
