Rajendra Tiwary, father of Havildar Pradeep Kumar Tiwari, resident of Buxar, Bihar, has officially changed his name to Rajendra Tiwari and corrected his date of birth from 01 July 1958 to 01 September 1956 through an affidavit dated 08 July 2026.
