Panju Rajya Lakshmi, D/o Panju Lakshmi Narayana, resident of S.C. Colony, Mannila, Anantapuramu Rural, Andhra Pradesh, has officially changed her name from Panju Rajya Lakshmi to Panju Spandana. Henceforth, she shall be known by the new name for all purposes.
