Paduchuri Anand Babu, S/o Paduchuri Gurumurthy, resident of Door No. 3-167-1, Ramakoti, Peddapappuru, Ananthapur District, Andhra Pradesh, has officially changed the name of his minor son from Paduchuri Niraj Kumar to Paduchuri Shreayaans Sreeraam. Henceforth, he shall be known by the new name for all purposes.
