Nomnita Rani Sahoo, D/o Krishna Prasad Sahoo and W/o Late Subal Saha, resident of Manikpur, Midnapore, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal – 721101, has declared that she shall henceforth be known as Namnita Saha. The declaration was made before the Judicial Magistrate (1st Class), Midnapore, through Affidavit No. 21548 dated 14 August 2026. Nomnita Rani Sahoo and Namnita Saha are the same and identical person.
