Manas Chakraborty, son of Late Santos Chakraborty and resident of Plot No. AL/1/A/10, Street No. 7, Newtown, Kolkata, hereby declares that he has officially changed his name from “Manas Chakraborty” to “Manas Kumar Chakraborty”. Henceforth, he shall be known as “Manas Kumar Chakraborty” for all purposes. The declaration is made vide Affidavit No. 9000 sworn before the First Class Judicial Magistrate at Barasat Court on 21.05.2026. It is confirmed that both names refer to the same and identical person.
