Ratua, District Malda, hereby declare that in my passport (No. M8439535), my wife’s name has been wrongly recorded as Sajnoor Bibi instead of Sajenoor Khatun, and my mother’s name has been wrongly recorded as Nunnahar Bibi instead of Nurnehar Khatun. The correct names are Sajenoor Khatun for my wife and Nurnehar Khatun for my mother. An affidavit to this effect has been sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Chanchal, Malda on 17.06.2026.
