Noor Al Sharaf, W/o Mr. Mohammad Alam, R/o F-166, Second Floor, Shaheen Bagh, New Delhi-110025, has declared that she has changed her name from Noorusharaf Kaukab to Noor Al Sharaf. She shall hereafter be known by the name Noor Al Sharaf for all purposes and official records.
