Monalisa Gupta, daughter of Shri Vaskar Gupta, resident of P-139, Lake Road, P.O. Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata – 700029, has officially changed her name to Tiyasa Gupta through Affidavit No. 53585 dated 22.06.2026, sworn before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Alipore Court. Henceforth, she shall be known as Tiyasa Gupta.
