Mohd Shahan, S/o Mohd Ismail, R/o 7962, Mohalla Sheikh-an, Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi-110006, has changed his name from Mohd Shahan to Mohd Shahan Ismail. He has declared that the new name shall be used and recognized for all purposes, including future official and personal records.
