It is hereby informed that Mohammad Zeeshan, son of Abdul Hadi, resident of 155/137, Maulviganj, Lucknow, has changed his name to Md. Zeeshan. Henceforth, he shall be known and identified by the name Md. Zeeshan for all purposes.
