It is hereby informed that Md. Aariz Malfooz (incorrectly recorded in his CBSE Class X Roll No. 23232835 and Class XII Roll No. 26632593 marksheets and certificates) has changed his name to Mohammad Aariz Mahfooz for all future purposes. He is the son of Mahfooz Ahmad and is a resident of 660/7IK-130S (C), Phool Bagh Colony, Kursi Road, Lucknow – 226026. Henceforth, he shall be known by the name Mohammad Aariz Mahfooz.
