Matcha Madhu, son of Macha Chalamaiah, residing at Dwaraka Nagar, Khanapuram Haveli, Khammam, Telangana, has officially changed his name from Matcha Madhu to Macha Madhu through an affidavit. Henceforth, he shall be known by his new name for all official purposes. State: Telangana
