Mrs. Pavani Ippili, mother and sole legal guardian of the minor, residing at Indis One City, Flat No. A2105, KPHB 5th Phase, Hyderabad – 500072, Telangana, has changed her son's name from Maha Sai Charan Shankar to Ippili Mathew Charan as per Gazette Notification No. 235 dated 05 September 2024. Henceforth, he shall be known as Ippili Mathew Charan for all official purposes.
