Smt. Rama Roy of Darjeeling, West Bengal, has declared the correction of her husband's name from Kshitih Chandra Roy to Kshitish Chandra Roy. Both names refer to the same individual as per an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public at Siliguri on 1 July 2026.
