Kailash Devi, mother of Service No. 147513W Sandeep Kumar, resident of Village & Post Ganar, Tehsil Kanina, District Mahendragarh, Haryana, has officially changed her name to Kela Devi for all purposes through an affidavit dated 14 July 2026.
