By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public, Sambalpur, dated 01.06.2026, Jasobanta Luha, resident of Deogaon, P.O./P.S. Dhama, District Sambalpur, Odisha, has declared that he has changed the name of his daughter from Jashmin Luha to Jyoshnamayee Luha. Henceforth, she shall be known as Jyoshnamayee Luha for all purposes.
