Hasthi Vamsi, S/o H. Venkata Subba Raju, resident of Hasthivaripalli, Rajampeta, Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh, has officially changed his name to Hasthi Vamsi Varma. Henceforth, he shall be known by the new name for all legal and official purposes.
