Hadiya Qureshi, D/o Mohammed Shahnawaz, R/o 7962, Mohalla Shekhan, Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi-110006, has officially changed her name from Hadiya Qureshi to Hadiya. She has declared that the new name, Hadiya, shall be used for all purposes and in all future records.
