Goolla Balaraju, son of Goolla Ramulu, resident of H.No. 3-45, Vanthadupula, Ellanthakunta, Rajanna Sircilla, Telangana, has officially changed his name from Goolla Balaraju to Gulla Balaraju for all future purposes.
