Jasu Mangar Rai, W/o Lall Bahadur Rai, resident of Ghalay Gaon, Rangmook Cedar Tea Garden, P.O. Sonada, P.S. Jorebunglow, District Darjeeling, West Bengal, declares that she shall henceforth be known as “Jasu Mangar” for all official and personal purposes as per affidavit No. 8501 dated 25.06.2026 before Executive Magistrate, Kurseong. It is confirmed that both names refer to the same person.
