Priya Gupta, W/o Sh. Nitin Kumar, R/o H.No. 32, Lajpat Nagar, F Block, Part-II, New Delhi-110024, has declared that she is the mother of Bhavik Kumar and has changed her son’s name from Bhavik Kumar to Bhavik Kumar Gupta. The new name, Bhavik Kumar Gupta, shall be used for all future purposes and official records.
