Ms. Bani Chadha, daughter of Shri Jasmeet Singh, resident of House No. 24, Road No. 29, Punjabi Bagh Extension, Punjabi Bagh West, Delhi – 110026, has officially changed her name from Bani Chadha to Baani Chaadhaa. Both names refer to the same individual, and henceforth she shall be known and identified by the name Baani Chaadhaa for all future purposes.
