Anarul Hossain, son of Fajlu, resident of Bara Sakdal, P.S. Mathabhanga, Cooch Behar, has submitted an affidavit before the E.M. Court, Mathabhanga, for obtaining his birth certificate. He has declared that he was born on 30/12/2000 at his own residence.
