Bank of Maharashtra, Regional Office, Bhubaneswar, has issued a Symbolic Possession Notice under the SARFAESI Act, 2002, regarding a secured residential property situated at Markandapur, Jagatsinghpur, Odisha. The action has been initiated due to non-payment of outstanding loan dues by the borrowers despite the demand notice. The outstanding amount is ₹90,15,626.50 (as on 24 April 2026), along with applicable interest and other charges. The symbolic possession of the secured asset was taken on 01 July 2026.
