Ekramul Haque, son of Sahidul Miah, has declared through an affidavit before the Executive Magistrate Court, Dinhata, that the names Ekramul Haque/Ekramul Hoque and Sahidul Miah/Md. Sahidul Miah/Sohidul Miah refer to the same individual. The affidavit was executed to rectify discrepancies in school records and documents.
